Returns Policy

How returns, replacements and refunds work for one-time and subscription orders.

1. Returns overview

We want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases from Only Rags.

2. Change of mind returns

If you are a UK consumer, you can usually return items within 30 days of delivery for a change of mind, provided:

  • items are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • items are in a resaleable condition

Hygiene and sealed goods: If an item is sealed and not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, we may be unable to accept it once unsealed.

3. How to start a return

  • your order number

  • the items you want to return

  • the reason for return (optional for change of mind)

We will reply with return instructions and the return address.

4. Return postage

  • Change of mind: you are responsible for return postage costs, unless we state otherwise.

  • Faulty, incorrect, or damaged items: we will cover reasonable return postage or arrange a replacement without requiring a return where appropriate.

We recommend using a tracked service as you are responsible for the parcel until it arrives with us.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within a reasonable time. Refunds cover the price paid for the item(s). Delivery charges are refunded only where required by law.

6. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery if possible, with photos of:

  • the item

  • the packaging

  • the label on the parcel

We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your legal rights.

7. Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item, contact us first. Exchanges depend on stock availability. Often the quickest route is to return for a refund and place a new order.
