These terms govern your use of our website and purchases from OnlyRags.

1. About us

These Terms and Conditions apply to purchases made from Only Rags (the “Site”).

Trading name: Only Rags

Company name (if applicable): [Insert legal entity name]

Registered address: [Insert address]

Company number: [Insert]

VAT number: [Insert, if applicable]

Email: [Insert support email]

2. Using our Site

By using the Site and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have permission from a parent or guardian) and that the information you provide is accurate.

3. Products and descriptions

We aim to display product descriptions and images as accurately as possible. Colours and appearance can vary by screen and lighting. Product packaging may change from time to time.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. We can change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted.

5. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation email confirming dispatch, or when the goods are dispatched (whichever happens first).

We may refuse or cancel an order if:

  • a product is out of stock

  • there is a pricing or listing error

  • we suspect fraud or unauthorised activity

  • delivery is not possible to your address

If we cancel an accepted order, we will refund any amounts paid.

6. Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment providers. We do not store full payment card details

7. Delivery

Delivery options, costs, and estimated times are shown at checkout and explained in our Delivery Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes to you once payment is received in full.

8. Right to cancel

If you are a UK consumer, you usually have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, for any reason, subject to certain exceptions (for example, sealed goods not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed).

If you cancel, you must return items in accordance with our Returns Policy. Refunds are handled as set out in that policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.

9. Returns, refunds, and faulty goods

Our Returns Policy explains how to return items and how refunds are processed. If an item is faulty, not as described, or damaged on arrival, contact us and we will put it right in line with your legal rights.

10. Promotions and discount codes

Discount codes are subject to any terms stated with the promotion. Unless stated, codes cannot be combined and may be withdrawn at any time. Codes cannot be applied retrospectively.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • losses not reasonably foreseeable

  • business losses (including loss of profits, revenue, contracts, goodwill, or opportunity)

  • indirect or consequential losses

12. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (including logos, text, images, and design) is owned by or licensed to Only Rags. You may not use it without our permission.

13. Reviews and user content

If you submit reviews or content, you confirm it is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe anyone’s rights. We may remove content that breaches these terms.

14. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (for example, carrier disruption, severe weather, supplier failures, strikes, or system outages).

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place your order will apply to that order.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to consumer rights.
